Q. I have a problem placing an order on your site what do I do?
A. If you have a problem placing an order on our site use our
contact page to get in touch with us, we will be happy to assist you with your order.
Q. I ordered an ad when will it show up?
A. Your
Ad and Photo will appear
as soon as payment is received
for your Ad. If you
are paying Online, your
AD will show immediatly..
Q. I do not feel comfortable giving my credit card over the Internet. Are there any other ways to pay?
A. Yes please notify us via email that you'd like to place an order without using the site. In the
email be sure to include your name and phone number along with the type of ad(s) you'd like to place. We will call you
to give you ordering instructions.
Q. Will I get a confirmation when my order is completed and my photo(s) are posted to my ad?
A. Yes. If you provided us with a valid email address when placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email
when your order is completed. It usually takes 10-15 minutes for our system to update your ad once your order is completed, so please take
that into consideration.
Q. I placed an order with a seller on your site but am having trouble contacting them can you help?
A. Yes, If you give us the ad name and number along with your complete contact information
we will search for the seller and send them a note stating that you are trying to reach them regarding the order.
