Q. Can I change change my address or phone number?
A. Yes, go to "Manage my Ads" of the site after you have logged in and click on
"EDIT MY REGISTRATION
PROFILE". Once you are done changing your information, click on the update button. . Contact information is the same for all ads you
place under a particular ID. You may not create different phone numbers or email addresses for each
of your ads.
Q. I'm trying to list my goat with you, but my breed isn't listed. What should I do?
A. Send us an email and we will evaluate putting it on our site. In the meantime,
please choose the breed "Other". If we decide to add your suggested breed, you can always edit your ad
to reflect the new breed.
Q. How do I edit my ad?
A. Yes

you submit your Ad, you
will see "Preview My
AD" and Modify
My AD" buttons that
allow you to view your Ad
and confirm that your Ad
is correct. You may
Modify/Preview your Ad as
many times necessary
by clicking the "Modify/Preview
My AD" links.. Once
you decide that your Ad
is correct, you will SAVE
your Ad in the "Checkout/Payment"
center.. Once your
Ad is saved, it can no longer
be modified.
Q. I have a web site. Can I put a link in my ad?
A. Only paid ads may have links to a web site. If you have a paid ad on our system
and would like to put your web site address on it, simply put
your update your registration
information with your website address
.
Q.How do I delete my ad?
A. Yes, go to "Manage My Ads" of the site after you have logged in and click on
"Delete
My AD" link next to the appropriate ad. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed!
Q. I want to remove my phone number from my ad. Can I do that?
A. No. All ads must have a valid phone number and email address. If you are truly interested in selling your goat, product or service, you will provide every means necessary
for buyers to contact you.
Q. If I renew my ad before my time runs out will I get credit for the unused time?
A. Yes. Say you renewed your ad for another 3 months 10 days before your current time expired. The credited time would be 3 months and 10 days.
Q. If I run a free text ad for 3 months and then decide to ad a photo for 3 months when will my photo and ad expire?
A. Three months from the time you chose the "add picture" option.
Q. I sold my item but the deal fell through and I already deleted the ad, can I put it back on ?
A. No. Once you delete your ad from our system, it is gone forever. You must resubmit a brand new ad, even if you have paid for the ad.
