A. Go

JUST your email address
(No Password). You
will be shown your
Password Hint which may
jog your memory of what
your password is. If not,
click the "Mail me
My Password Link" and
your password will be E-mailed
to you. . If you have changed email addresses recently and we still have your old one on file, please send us a
quick email with your old and new email addresses, your name, and the name of your ad. We will verify your information, update our
records and send an email with your ID/password.
Q. Can I contact Customer Service via phone?
A. Only those who need immediate help in paying for their ad are helped via phone. All customer support is now
handled via email so that we may track and note problems and concerns. This ensures that all questions or issues submitted can be

Q. Why do some of the ads I see have little pictures (or “thumbnails”) next to them?
A. Those ads that have thumbnails next to them are SnapShot ads. They provide a quick way for a
buyer to determine if the ad is interesting enough to view more information on. When you click on the
thumbnail image, it will take you to the entire details of that ad.
