Q. I have not received any responses from buyers. Is there something wrong?
A. There could be. Make sure that you have typed in the right
email address on your profile and that it is your current address. To view/change your email
address used just login and go to "Edit Profile". If your email address is correct, send us
an email so that we can test your ad(s) to make sure we work the problem out. Keep in mind
that you can always view your responses in the "Manage Your Ads" section of our site.
Q. I'm trying to contact a seller, but their information is wrong. Is there anything that you can do?
A. Unfortunately, no. We rely on sellers to enter information that is valid and current.
We assume that since they are placing an ad, they really want to sell their item or service. If both the
phone number and email on the ad are incorrect, send us the ID number of the ad and we will remove it
after verifying the information is incorrect.
