Q. I've had a horrible experience with a buyer/seller on your service. Is there a way to let others know so they can avoid the same experience?
A. We will hopefully in time add a way for our buyers to note their experiences with sellers and buyers on the site.
There are always two sides to every story, so we also want to make sure that both parties are heard.
Q. Someone has a picture of my goat/product/farm/ranch listed on his or her ad!
A. Send us an email immediately and include the name of the ad, the ID number (found on the ad) and an explanation as to why they may
have your photo. We will contact the seller and attempt to remedy the problem. If we cannot contact the seller or they are unresponsive, we will
remove the ad.
Q. I received an abusive email from another party. Can you do anything?
A. Unfortunately, no. We do our best to protect our buyers and sellers from abusive parties, but they will always
exist in some form. If you feel that you are being threatened in any way, please contact your local authorities immediately.
